Every package supports your own domain. We help check availability and connect it to your website. Domain registration and renewal are paid separately.
After the offer is agreed, a 30% advance payment reserves your project and starts the first design. It is credited towards the total price. Cancellation and settlement are explained in the terms and project agreement.
Displayed starting prices include applicable taxes. Page count, features, animations and 3D content are agreed before work begins. CMS is optional for every package and quoted separately, with the editable content, setup costs and any ongoing provider fees confirmed in your proposal. Your proposal also confirms the final total, timeline and any separately payable hosting or other external costs.

Which package is right for me?
Essential suits small businesses such as a local restaurant, private gym, or independent studio. If you just need a static page with photos, contact details, an address, and other basic information, Essential is enough. Interactive is for businesses that want a more polished website with a stronger brand presence, animation, and interactive effects. Immersive suits larger companies looking for a distinctive website experience. We can create bespoke 3D models and effects for your website. Share your full requirements with us. We’ll recommend a suitable package and provide one overall quote once the project scope is agreed.
How long will my website take?
Allow 5 to 10 days for Essential, 2 to 3 weeks for Interactive, and 3 to 6 weeks for Immersive. The timing depends on your project requirements and when the content is ready. We’ll confirm the schedule with you before starting.
What do I need to get started?
Tell us about your business and what you want your website to look and feel like, including whether you have Essential, Interactive, or Immersive in mind. Share any text, photos, or logos you already have, along with websites you like as references for the style and effects. We can discuss anything that isn’t ready yet and provide one overall quote once all requirements are agreed.
Can I request changes during the project?
Yes. Before handover, Essential includes two revision rounds and Interactive includes three; Immersive revisions are agreed for the project. One round means you send a consolidated set of feedback and we address those points in a single revision. Fixing errors or work that doesn’t meet the agreed requirements does not use a revision round. For changes beyond the agreed rounds or scope, we’ll provide a quote and get your agreement before proceeding.
What costs should I expect after launch?
Your domain needs renewing, and hosting costs depend on the setup chosen for your website. We’ll explain any ongoing costs in advance. You pay the providers directly through your own accounts.
How can I update my website after launch?
You can contact us whenever you need to change text, images, or other content. We’ll assess the changes and the hours needed, then give you a quote. Updates begin once you agree to it. If you prefer to make regular updates yourself, you can add a content management system (CMS) to any package. It gives you an editing dashboard for agreed content such as text, images, products, menus, or project examples, without changing code. Editable content, setup costs, handover guidance, and any ongoing provider fees are confirmed in your proposal. CMS is an optional add-on, separately quoted from the displayed package starting prices.
Can the website be multilingual?
Yes. Tell us which languages you need and whether you’d like help with translation. We’ll include these requirements in the overall project quote.
What do I receive at handover?
After full payment, you receive the agreed website source code, control of the relevant project accounts, and handover instructions. You can maintain the website yourself, choose another provider, or continue working with us on updates.
