02What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data a website asks your browser to store. localStorage also stores data in your browser but is not a cookie. This policy covers both; they can remember choices or measure visits.

03Remembering your choice

This storage implements your expressly chosen privacy preference; it is separate from optional analytics. Where applicable, it relies on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR to implement and record your choice.

  • Name: yuluno-privacy-v1. Type: localStorage. Provider: Yuluno.
  • Contents: consent version, whether optional cookies were accepted and the time of your choice. No name or email address.
  • Purpose and duration: remember both acceptance and rejection. A choice is valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. Expired records are cleared on the next read. Clearing browser data also removes the record.

04Google Analytics and optional cookies

We use the standard version of Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, page views, device and browser types, approximate regions, enquiry clicks. The production website loads Google's analytics script only after you accept optional cookies. It does not load before a choice or after rejection, and earlier visits and actions are not replayed after consent.

Analytics may use a randomly generated browser identifier, timestamps and session information. Page addresses are limited to known pages and selected campaign parameters; query strings and fragments are removed from referrers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry text as analytics events. Google Signals, advertising personalization, cross-device User-ID and enhanced user-provided data collection are disabled. No advertising account is currently connected.

Optional device storage and access rely on Section 25(1) TDDDG; the corresponding processing of personal data relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Rejection or withdrawal does not affect the website or enquiry functions. Google event- and user-level data retention is set to two months, with the reset on new user activity disabled. These settings do not apply to most aggregate reports. Browser cookie expiry is listed separately below.

05Google processing and international transfers

The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland. Google LLC in the United States and subprocessors may also process data. Requests to Google servers transmit communications data such as an IP address; this processing is not described as fully anonymous or confined to Germany.

Google's Data Processing Terms govern processing on our behalf. Google's published transfer arrangements include the applicable EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses where required for transfers not covered by an adequacy decision. The links below explain its processing, transfer mechanisms and safeguards. We have accepted the applicable Google service and data-processing agreements.

06Optional cookie inventory

Deleting browser cookies does not automatically delete data already received by Google. Server-side retention and personal-data rights are covered in the privacy policy. The property-specific part of the cookie name varies with the GA4 web stream.

  • yuluno_ga: a randomly generated Google Analytics browser identifier used to distinguish browser visits.
  • yuluno_ga_<property identifier>: Google Analytics session state used to associate actions during a visit.
  • Both are set on the website's domain for up to 180 days. Automatic renewal on every visit is disabled in the code. They are created only with consent; on withdrawal the website attempts to delete these cookies on its domain.

07Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing

Accept cookies enables only the optional Google Analytics cookies described here. Reject cookies turns this analytics off; the website may still remember your preference. Rejection does not prevent browsing or sending an enquiry.

Use Cookie settings in the footer or on this page to change your choice at any time. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement and clears analytics cookies accessible to the website. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Your browser also lets you inspect, delete or block cookies.

Local development and preview domains do not send analytics to the production GA4 property. Visits that block scripts or reject optional cookies will not be fully represented in analytics.

08Privacy and contact

For the controller, processing, retention, data rights and complaint channels, read the privacy policy. We update this policy when functions or providers change, and ask again where new consent is needed.
